Kusama and hidden George

I have always been in love with dots. You can mix them with any other pattern on your garment, they make you happy, they make others smile and distance us from all these serious things around.
There are some people who love them even more and put them literally everywhere playing with no limits.
Here she is Yayoi Kusama – japanese artist working with painting, collage, sculpture and performance art . She is obsessed with repetition, patterns and psychedelic colors.
Kusama's work is a visual manifestation of her anxieties, fears and repulsions what you can feel immediately while looking at her art.

Marc Jacobs fall in love with her style and decided for cooperation on 2012 Louis Vuitton collection named  “Infinietly Kusama”.

Kusama also inspired W magazine and the effect we could have seen on the cover and photo-shoot with George Clooney in December last year.

But can you find George somewhere here?

I am impressed with the way Kusama plays with the space and the round shapes everywhere  but I need to have a day to look at it more than 5 minutes not being tired.

If you are still interested and going to Shanghai you can see it in reality at Muzeum Moca till 30 march 2014.

Enjoy!!
